Harira with lentils, tomatoes, chickpeas, parsley, & flour. This soup is eaten every day to break the fasting during the month of Ramadan in Morocco. (Vegan)

Zaalouk, a grilled Moroccan eggplant spread

Marinated olives with preserved lemons & parsley

Classic Hummus with minimal ingredients: chickpeas, tahini, roasted garlic & lemon juice.

Served with Batbout (fresh homemade Moroccan pita bread )

Vegan and Gluten-free (except the bread)


Entree

Chicken Mhamar, pieces of chicken in a savory onion sauce with preserved lemons, & olives. This is a classic dish served in every Moroccan wedding and major holiday. (Gluten-free)

Served with Saffron Basmati Rice and Harissa, a Moroccan hot chili pepper sauce


Vegan Option:

Denjal Stew, an eggplants stew with preserved lemons, chickpeas, & tomato

Veggie Tagine, a slow-cooked vegetable stew with sweet peas, potatoes, & carrots

Served with Saffron Basmati Rice and Harissa, a Moroccan hot chili pepper sauce
